“Personal Information” refers to information about individual Customers with descriptions that can identify specific individual Customers, including address, date of birth, age, gender, telephone number, email address, contract numbers of retail supply contracts and power purchase contracts (“Retail Supply Contracts”) , place of employment. Even if a piece of such information alone does not identify any individual, such piece of information will be included as Personal Information; provided that such piece can be easily cross-referenced with other pieces of information to ultimately identify an individual Customer.

If we are requested by Customers to notify them of the purpose of use of Personal Information, to disclose, correct, add, or delete Personal Information, to suspend its use, to stop its provision to third parties, or to erase (collectively, “Disclosure of Personal Information”), we will respond to such request of Disclosure of Personal Information through separately designated procedures (please contact DIGITAL GRID’s inquiry desk listed in this Privacy Policy for specific instructions as to how to make such request); provided, however, that in cases permitted by Law, we may refuse all or part of the request for Disclosure of Personal Information.
